PeopleTek’s Custom Training, Development and Coaching Programs

Are you different? Sometimes one size does not fit all. PeopleTek understands that we are all different and have various needs for our coaching, training and development needs and requirements. PeopleTek coaches are able to assist the customer to develop a program that is designed to ensure the individuals and companies goals and objectives are met. The programs are tailored to ensure we are meeting what is needed most for the success of the individual, organization, team or business.

PeopleTek’s Leadership Journey™ - a 12 session program designed to build skills and abilities of leaders and managers at all levels. Person has been doing a job or task extremely well and gets promoted or moved into a higher level of leadership and is never trained.

360’ Feedback Program - Facilitated by a PeopleTek® coach, solicit confidential and constructive feedback from peers, customers, and business partners, learn what you’re especially effective at and create a development plan.

Stress Management - Learn how to deal with and manage stress through change, conflict, work load imbalances, boss and customer pressures
