Michael Kublin To Speak At ITSMF Conference!

We’re proud to announce that Mike has been selected to speak at the ITSMF Fusion 2009 premiere IT Service Management event held in Dallas, TX, 9/20 – 9/23.

Mike’s workshop entitled:

 Understand and Leverage Your Role as a Courageous Leader

Will provide attendees tips on how to stand out against the competition,  know their strengths, and learn how to leverage them to help their organization remain strong during these tough economic times.

We are all leaders whether we have direct reports or not!

Understanding how we are leaders and leveraging that knowledge facilitates successful solutions and enables technicians and specialists of all levels to take ownership of their career.

It also enables those with a team and an organization to discover what it takes to be a courageous leader, be successful, and grow results.
