benefits and included in all Journey programs and as a
supplemental topic in The Leadership Café.



First Lead Yourself then Others

Leaders at all levels benefit from PeopleTek’s Lead
Yourself Then Others programs as it provides a series of
self evaluation lessons in order to learn the difference
between being a manager and a leader. Participants gain a
boost in morale, improved performance results, feel less
frustrated, and learn accountability for themselves, their
co-workers, and company. The First Lead Yourself seminar is
offered in a group setting facilitated by PeopleTek’s
president and CEO Michael Kublin.



Myers-Briggs Step II

The Myers-Briggs Step II is a proven tool to identify and
understand personality types and strengths with a special
emphasis on career personalities. Participants gain insight
on, and in-depth knowledge of, Extraversion/Introversion,
Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving,
by looking at the five sub-scales of each dimension and
relating the output to themselves and team. The Myers-Briggs
Step II program is facilitated in person or virtually during
a 2 hour session.



Time Mastery 101

PeopleTek’s Time Mastery 101 provides leaders at all
levels with a comprehensive action plan to achieve their
maximum potential. Topics covered in this 3-hour seminar
include recognizing and setting boundaries, establishing
clear priorities, and how not to over commit.
