Tom has over 30 years of experience in international/domestic technology and business in American Express plus other companies. He has extensive experience managing projects, people, teams and vendors. He has coached hundreds of people in North and South America in technology
development, team building, relationship management, project management and career development.
Tom is a Certified Associate Career Coach and Certified Myers Briggs Practioner. He is a member of professional coaching organizations – International Coaching Federation, Career Coaching Institute, and the Association of Psychological Type. He has a Business degree and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
