Teams typically fall into one of the following categories:


- Forming - Newly developed and struggling

- Storming - Established teams facing powerstruggles

- Norming - Working together and looking to get ahead

Beginning with confidential interviews PeopleTek's
professional coaching staff gathers information from
individual members on what they believe is working well and
where they view gaps. Through a series of brainstorming
sessions and activities we further identify the individual
team member's positions, contributions, and values they
bring to the team as a whole in order to move to the stage
of - Performing - strategically aware of conditions and
working towards a common goal.

Concrete Collaboration    

During, throughout, and upon completion of the Team
Leadership Journey, members practice their acquired
techniques and skills to

- set a meaningful team mission statement linked with
departmental and organizational objectives
