INACTION often indicates fear.

ACTION builds confidence

INACTION creates doubt.

Taking action may seem risky, but doing nothing is a
bigger risk with the potential for greater negative
consequences.

The answers are in the questions and the way we
phrase them, especially when we are "hearing"
all that is going on around us.

Key phrases to remember are:

- What solution can I provide?

- How can I help?

- What can I do to obtain the information to make a
sound decision?

- How can I more creatively reach the customer?

If you want to develop your business or improve your
results ask yourself: "How can I be more
successful?" or "What can I do to achieve my
goals"? 

"HOW" and "WHAT" are magical
words that engage possibilities! Personal
accountability and ownership shows responsibility. It
does not blame, complain, or procrastinate. Decide what
to do and take action!
