Exclusively for Leadership Journey graduates,
Leadership Journey Phase II is a nine session program
dedicated to helping structure comprehensive individual
action plans to help individuals achieve their maximum
potential.

Each session will be dedicated to clearly assessing
what behaviors the individual desires to change.
Attendees will focus on how to enhance or eliminate
unproductive behaviors to ensure they are more
successful at achieving the business and personal goals
they desire.

Tool results identified in The Journey will be
complemented with new tools identifying preferred and
alternative styles related to:

Work Expectations

Managing Change

Communication Styles

Trust 

Interpersonal Influence Inventory 

Coping And Stress

Time Mastery

Effective Listening and Communication
