Leadership Journey I:

PeopleTek's Leadership Journey® program is a
powerful leadership development program that allows you
to assess your strengths and gaps, and enables you to
better understand (and relate to) the styles of others.


Journey attendees meet for 3 hours every other week
for 12 sessions. (The virtually facilitated program
meets via conference line for 12 sessions for 1.5
hours).

Results have been significant. The participants
report positive changes which have immediately helped
improve their leadership skills, enhances relationships
in the workplace, increases productivity, and improves
satisfaction levels.

An added benefit for Journey participants is the
opportunity to build relationships and promote teamwork
among co-workers and peers from a variety of business
units and sometimes even other companies. By meeting
every other week, the participants are given the
opportunity to apply what they learn by working through
and resolving issues they are currently facing.
